Free VN templates, without the guesswork

VN Codes exists because building a reel from a blank timeline takes real time, and most people just want the finished look without the hours of trimming, grading and beat-matching. Every VN template here is a ready-made project file for the free VN Video Editor app — the transitions, text layers and colour grade are already built. You watch the full preview on this page first, so what you see is exactly what opens on your phone.

What a VN template QR code actually does

A VN template QR code isn't a link to a video — it's a link to a project. Scan it inside the VN app and the entire timeline loads: clip slots, transitions, captions and music, all already arranged, with your own photos and videos still to drop in. That's the whole trick behind edits that look far more polished than the five minutes they actually take. If you've never used one before, How it works walks through the exact steps, start to export.

Every category, still completely free

Browse by mood on the full templates page — couple and wedding edits for anniversaries and shaadi teasers, festival drops timed to Diwali, Holi and Rakhi, travel montages for trip dumps, and birthday, friendship and aesthetic templates for everything in between. None of it sits behind a paywall or a sign-up form — VN Codes publishes new VN templates every week, and each one stays free the day it goes live, not just for a launch window.

Built for people who post often

Daily creators, couples putting together an anniversary reel, families assembling a festival post, small studios that just need a starting point instead of a blank timeline — a good VN template QR code saves the same few hours every time, for anyone. Add your own clips, keep the timing and effects the editor already locked in, and export in 1080p or 4K with no watermark. For workflow tips and a closer look at specific templates, the VN Codes blog has short, practical guides on getting more out of every edit.

Picking the right VN template

The fastest way to a template that actually fits is to start from the mood, not the app: a slow, warm-toned couple edit needs a different beat and transition pace than a high-energy travel dump or a Holi festival reel, so the templates page lets you filter by category first and preview every result in full before you commit. Check how many clip slots a template expects and roughly how long your own footage runs — a template built for six short clips will feel rushed with three long ones, and the other way round leaves slots empty. Every listing shows duration, photo count and aspect ratio up front for exactly this reason, so there's no guessing once you're inside the VN app.

Why everything here stays free

Most VN template marketplaces gate their newest drops behind a price for the first few weeks, then make them free later once the novelty has worn off. VN Codes skips that step — every VN template and VN template QR code on the site is free the day it publishes, including the newest ones, because the goal was never to sell individual edits, just to save the hours a blank timeline costs. That does mean a smaller catalogue than a paid marketplace that's been accumulating templates for years, which is a trade-off worth being upfront about: fewer templates published carefully every week, instead of a huge library padded with filler. Read more about how that works on the about page, or get in touch if a code isn't scanning or you need something custom.
